The Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Foundation is a non-profit organization
What Makes Our Programs Unique?
Diversity leads to stronger business results, yet change is slow and multicultural women and men remain underrepresented in leadership positions and entrepreneurial ventures. These programs are focused and curated for the professional and personal development of all multicultural women and men leaders, including Executive Women and Men, Entrepreneur Women and Men. From embracing the principles used in Harvard University’s groundbreaking Authentic Leadership program, to learning curriculum based on cutting edge research taught by USC Faculty Scholars, these are one of a kind programs addressing multiple facets of leadership development. Men are encouraged to apply. “Together we Rise”
